Bug Bear Collective is a UK-based studio transforming waste into one-of-a-kind design. Every piece we create is shaped by the materials themselves—raw, imperfect, and impossible to replicate. We embrace the irregularities, textures, and histories embedded in discarded materials, allowing them to guide the final form. 

The name “Bug Bear” speaks to what drives us: waste is our bugbear—something that irritates us enough to take action. Instead of letting materials end up in landfill, we reimagine them, giving them new life through thoughtful, hands-on craftsmanship.

Each product is handmade with passion, care, and respect for the materials we work with. No two pieces are ever the same, because no two materials ever are. What others discard, we see as the beginning of something new.
